You will receive a charitable tax receipt early next year from Christian Info Canada, the parent organization of The Word Guild; or, you will receive an immediate electronic receipt if you donate through Canada Helps.

Please note that donations earmarked for specific people cannot be receipted by law. All contributions made to the bursary fund will be dispersed based on need, potential as a writer, pastoral affirmation, and funds available.

We can only issue tax receipts for donations, not for membership dues or conference fees. Those items may, however, be claimed as business expenses.

Online: You can now give securely online at Canada Helps. Once you make a donation, you will immediately be issued a PDF tax receipt by e-mail. The Word Guild is listed under Christian Info Canada, our parent organization.
