We need your help to publicize the conference. Word of mouth is the most effective promotion. Please tell your friends, colleagues, co-workers, fellow church members and others who are interested in writing.
1. Send people to the televised PSA (public service announcement) produced by Crossroads Communications that is being aired on CTS. Link to it on the home page of the Write! Canada Web site. Simply click on the "Share/Save" icon under the video on the home page, and easily post it or email it. Add the PSA itself to your Web site or blog.
2. Post or distribute copies of the Write! Canada poster at your church, library, school, bookstore, etc.
Please help us get the word out to people in your church or community by downloading our 8.5" x 11" poster as a PDF, printing some copies, and posting or distributing them. While it is in colour, you can print it in black and white.

This year, we are not doing a general mailing of Write! Canada posters. However, we will be happy to supply you with some by request. We have ordered a quantity of full-colour professionally-printed posters, so if you need more than a few copies or if you can't print it, we will mail you some to distribute. Email us to request posters.
3. Save the half-size jpg of our flyer (to the left) onto your computer and post it in your blog or email it to people you know would be interested. Click on it to see its full size.
There is also a full-size jpg of the poster at the bottom of this page you could save on your computer. Just click on the poster to get the higher resolution one. If you want a very high resolution PDF, contact us.
4. Publish our public service announcement as widely as possible
Insert the public service announcement below into your magazine, church bulletin, school newspaper, writers' group newsletter, free coming events listing of your local newspaper, etc.

Send the Write! Canada media release to any publications you have connections with, your local newspaper, or colleagues you believe might be interested. Download the news release here WC10 Media Release # 1 – February 24th, 2010.
6. Link to your Web site or blog.
Link to this site (http://www.writecanada.org) on your blog or Web site. This will help drive traffic here. You can save one of the small badges below onto your computer and post it on your blog or Web site with a link to http://www.writecanada.org/.
7. Use your social networking services, such as Facebook or Twitter.
Help us promote Write! Canada by forwarding posts on your social networking services such as Facebook or Twitter. Click on the "Share/Save" icon at the bottom of each blog post on the Home page. We've created some buttons and badges. Let us know if they don't work for you or if you can improve them.
