Night Owls / Early Birds

"Open Mike" Reading Sessions

No, we are not turning the conference grounds into a bird sanctuary. For a number of years we have held "night owl" sessions during which participants read short pieces or excerpts from their writing (no longer than five minutes each) to a supportive audience. Due to popular request, we have added "early bird" sessions for early risers.

Be sure to bring along some of your writing, published or unpublished, to share at a session. These are not critique groups, so no need to be timid about receiving unwanted feedback. Everyone is welcome to participate.
