Learning Opportunities

Learning Opportunities

Plenary Sessions – There are three opportunities – Thursday evening, Friday evening, and late Thursday afternoon – for you to be inspired and educated by our keynote speaker

Continuing Classes – These classes take place over all three days – two hours each day. You are asked to choose one and stay in it. However, unless you're in an intensive, you may change after the first session if you find it is not the right one for you.

Intensive Continuing Class - This is a continuing class for which you send in work ahead of time and everyone in the class reads and critiques it at home, then discuss it during the conference, facilitated by a professional in that area. Types of writing varies each year.

Workshops – There are 18 75-minute workshops given in three tracks during Write! Canada. Two tracks Friday afternoon and one track Saturday morning.
